In the thriller Blind, Yoo Seung Ho plays Kwon Gi Seob, the second witness in a murder case along with Min Su Ah, played by Kim Ha Neul, a visually impaired person and the first witness.
The first scene that Yoo thinks is one of the best is the thrilling race between the culprit and the two lead characters, in which Gi Seob succeeds in saving Su Ah from the hands of the bad guy.
Smartphone technology is the factor that contributed most to making the the scene extremely thrilling. Thanks to that technology, the villain can chase Su Ah easily while putting her under tremendous nervous stress. The chase scene in the subway is sure to increase tension in the audience, making the flow speedy and spirited.
In an interview, Yoo said, “At first, I was very impressed that a video phone could be used to help someone in danger. In the scene, you can see the very special way Gi Seob plays the role of Su Ah’s eyes. I’m sure the use of this technique will generate a huge sensation. I can say that the chase scene is the best of the best among the thrilling scenes in the movies. I hope all moviegoers will get a chance to experience this most thrilling scene that I have recommended.”
Blind will be released on August 11.
